See every AI answer about your brand — and who it named instead

Monitoring runs your questions on 8 AI answer engines on a schedule and keeps every answer. You see whether you were named, whether the answer cited a page of yours, who it named in your place, and what changed since the last run.

Real AI queries · no credit card · 3 free checks a day

AEO Spotlight monitoring band: a Brand AEO Score of 100 out of 100 (grade A) with Platform Diversity, Citation Frequency and Query Breadth each at 100 and Trend Direction left unmeasured, a 30-day visibility chart over 19 scored days with daily values between roughly 20 and 55, and AI Share of Voice of 100% across 1,866 mentions.
Score, 30-day trend and share of voice on one screen — with the sample size printed beside each figure.

What you get

Eight engines, judged separately

Paid plans monitor 8 answer engines — ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok, Claude and Microsoft Copilot — and each one is scored over its own answers, so a strong engine cannot hide a weak one behind an average.

Named is not the same as cited

Every answer is split four ways: you were named and a page of yours was cited, named with nothing cited, a page of yours cited without you being named, or neither. You can see how much of your visibility is being talked about and how much is your content being used as the source.

Who was named in your place

The same answers are checked for the brands they did recommend. A question where you are missing comes back with the names that took the slot, so you are reading a rival list rather than an empty cell.

What changed since the last run

A dated feed of change events — a page of yours newly cited, a mention lost on one engine, a first detection on another, a gap that closed. Thresholds, visibility drops and competitor surges can also be alerted.

See it in the product

Visibility by engine: eight engine tiles over the last 30 days, each showing how often the answer named the brand and how often it cited one of its pages — Perplexity 99.3% mentioned and 25.0% cited of 603 answers, ChatGPT 88.6% and 8.9% of 560, Gemini 99.0% and 19.7% of 503, Google AI Overviews 34.3% and 20.4% of 108, Microsoft Copilot 75.9% and 7.4% of 108, Claude 97.1% and 2.9% of 69, Grok 100% and 26.1% of 69, Brave AI 100% and 0% of 18.
Same brand, eight engines, eight separate denominators: Google AI Overviews names it in a third of answers while Perplexity names it in almost all of them — and the cited column is a different story on every one.
Recent signals feed: the homepage and /sales/all-in-one-crm newly cited by several engines, a brand mention lost on Microsoft Copilot for “most durable running shoes”, another page newly cited, and a visibility gap closed on Microsoft Copilot for “best running shoes for wide feet” — each with a dated explanation and a link to the answer.
Change, not snapshots: pages newly cited, mentions lost and first detections, each dated and linked to the answer it came from.
Mentioned vs cited for 2,038 answers: 91.6% named the brand and 17.2% cited a page of it, split into 343 answers that did both, 1,523 that named the brand without citing a page, 7 that cited a page without naming the brand and 165 that did neither.
The four buckets add up to the answer total, so the difference between being talked about and being used as a source is a number, not an impression.

How it works

  1. Bring the questions that matter

Discovery, problem and comparison questions your buyers actually type. Paid plans include unlimited monitoring prompts.

  2. It runs on a schedule

Background execution around the clock, metered by credits, across every engine your plan monitors.

  3. Each answer is read, not counted

The answer is checked for your brand, for the rivals it recommends and for the pages it links — and every rate keeps its numerator and denominator.

  4. You open the evidence

Click any mention or citation to read the answer it came from, the source behind it and the reasoning, then take it into Content Studio or Competitors.

Why you can trust the data

  • Every rate prints its numerator and denominator — “151 of 603 answers” — so a percentage can be checked against the answers themselves.
  • A page of yours appearing in an answer’s sources is reported separately from being named, because one is a mention and the other is the answer using your content.
  • Mentions are not counted when they are negated or echoed back, so “this is not a fit for Acme” is not treated as a mention of Acme.
  • A day with no scored run reads as an em dash with its reason, never as a score of zero.

Questions

How many AI platforms are monitored?

Paid plans monitor 8: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok, Claude and Microsoft Copilot.

Does this replace Google Search Console or a rank tracker?

No. It is not a keyword rank tracker — it tracks how AI answer engines represent your brand. Separately, where a Search Console property is connected, imported organic query demand appears in the Content Studio review list as suggestions for what to write next.

What does a "gap" mean here?

A monitored question where your brand is absent or outranked. Each gap keeps the answer that shows it, including the names that were suggested instead, and can be turned into a Content Studio brief.

How current is the data?

Each engine tile states when that engine last produced a result, and an engine that has stopped answering is marked stale rather than dropped. Rates are always labelled with their window — "last 30 days to 23 Oct 2026" — and their sample size.
