Find what is stopping AI from reading your pages

A page audit scores one URL and names the issues behind the number. A site crawl groups the same defects across every page, so one root cause is fixed once instead of chased symptom by symptom. Re-run after a fix to see what is new, what is fixed and what is still persisting — then send it as a PDF or CSV.

Site Audits report library for aeospotlight.com listing five completed whole-site reports, each with a Site scope badge, 25 pages crawled, a finding count between 4 and 12, its high-severity count, a Completed status and per-row PDF, re-run and delete controls, above the All / Page / Site scope filters, status and severity filters and a Run an audit button.
One library per brand: every audit you run is kept with its pages, findings, severity and status, so the next run always has something to compare against.

What you get

A scored page audit, with the working shown

Point it at the URL that should be winning an answer. You get a Page Audit Score out of 100, the grade, a per-analyzer breakdown and the issues behind them — what is already working, what to fix first, the evidence for each finding and how the result was produced.

A site crawl that names the one cause behind many symptoms

The crawl returns issue groups with their blast radius, per-page counts and category benchmarks, and a defect that breaks many pages is reported once with the pages it affects listed under it — so you fix a cause instead of a hundred symptoms. It does not issue a single site-wide grade, because one number would not tell you what to fix.

Fix, re-run, read the delta

Audits are kept per brand and per site, so re-running after a fix gives you a straight comparison: what is new, what is fixed and what is still persisting. No spreadsheet archaeology, no guessing whether the change did anything.

Something you can hand over

Export the report you are reading as a PDF or a CSV — the PDF follows the same order as the screen. Your plan can always export the standard PDF and CSV; logo and colour branding is added on the plans that include it. The MVP delivers by export — there is no hosted client portal.

Whole-site audit diagnosis for aeospotlight.com: "3 issue group(s) + 9 independent finding(s) — 0 critical / 2 high / 6 medium / 4 low", category sub-scores Crawlability 90, Retrievability 75, Structured data 100, Content 80 and On-Page 33 labelled as diagnostic benchmarks rather than an overall site score, the robots.txt verdict for twelve AI crawlers, and a notice reading "No overall score — by design".
The whole-site crawl opens with the one root cause that matters, then the counts and category benchmarks underneath — and states outright that no site-wide score is issued.
One High severity issue group from the aeospotlight.com crawl — "2 URL(s) are served the app shell instead of their own content", blast radius 2 pages — with what was measured, how to fix it in three steps, effort of 1–3 days, measured confidence, and an evidence table showing 906 raw words against 39 rendered words for two knowledge-base URLs.
Findings are grouped by root cause, not by symptom: each one carries its blast radius, a fix a developer can act on, and the evidence table behind it.
Page-scope audit diagnosis for www.farkasfloors.com: the headline "Page diagnosis — Page Audit Score 49/100 (grade F); 17 issue(s) to remediate", the explanation that this is the scored multi-analyzer pipeline and that the improvements below are ordered by severity and blast radius, and the score 49 with its F grade.
The page audit is the scored one: a Page Audit Score, its grade and the issue count, with the fix list ordered by severity and blast radius.

Why you can trust the data

  • A page audit gives you a Page Audit Score with a grade and a per-analyzer breakdown; a whole-site crawl gives you issue groups and a coverage line, and says on the card where a score would sit that it does not issue one.
  • The free public site scan needs no account: it crawls up to 8 pages with JavaScript switched off in about 30 seconds — the raw view many AI crawlers get — and states plainly that it is partial coverage, not a whole-site verdict.
  • With a plan and an account, the Robust site scan renders every crawled page and probes what a raw fetch cannot see: soft-404s, canonical and host splits, sitemap orphans, social tags, structured data, live analytics, Angular dev-mode and image alt text.
  • Every crawl prints its coverage line — pages crawled, pages rendered, probes run and the tier cap — so you know how much of the site the counts are actually based on.
  • A site report gives a robots.txt verdict for each AI crawler it probes, so "is AI even allowed in?" is answered with evidence instead of assumption.
  • Audits are the front half of the loop: what is blocking extraction comes first, then Content Studio is where a failing page gets rewritten or a missing page gets drafted.

Questions

Does the whole-site crawl give me an overall score?

No — by design. The page audit returns a Page Audit Score with a grade and a per-analyzer breakdown. The site crawl returns issue groups, per-page counts, category benchmarks and a coverage line, and prints "No overall score — by design" where a score would sit. A 25-page crawl is not reducible to one number in a way that would help you fix anything.

Do I need an account to run an audit?

Not for the free site scan: no account, up to 8 pages, JavaScript disabled, about 30 seconds, with an honest partial-coverage note. The scored page audit, the rendered Robust crawl, saved history per brand and site, and PDF/CSV export come with a plan and an account.

Can I hand the result to a client?

Yes, by export. The PDF follows the same order as the report on screen and the CSV carries the findings. Your logo and colours are applied on the plans that include report branding; on the standard plan you export the same report with ours. The MVP has no hosted client portal, so the deliverable is the file you send.

Is this just a content generation tool?

No — content is the last step. AEO Spotlight monitors how your brand is answered across the 8 paid monitoring engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok, Claude and Microsoft Copilot), audits the pages and sites you want cited, and only then drafts content aimed at the gaps it found.
